A website nobody answers is just a brochure

Four things I build on top of it. The phone that gets answered, the site that talks back, being findable when people search, and pictures of your actual place.

The call you miss is the sale you lose

Somebody calls at 8:40 on a Friday. You are on the floor, the kitchen is slammed, and the phone rings out. That person is already calling the next place.

The AI is not competing with you at the counter. It is competing with the call that goes to voicemail while you are closing.

Speed-to-Lead answers your phone, your texts and your email, all day and all night. It handles ten calls at once, so the eleventh person does not get voicemail either.

It answers hours, directions and questions, books what needs booking, and hands anything it should not touch straight to you.

I build the knowledge base out of your own words, set the call flows, connect the calendar, put a failover in place, and test it. You hear it before a single customer does.

  • Speed-to-Lead, $329 a month. 500 minutes included, then $0.45 a minute.
  • AI receptionist setup, $1,500 one time. Knowledge base, call flows, calendar, failover, testing.

For the visitor who will not read and will not call

Some people will not scroll through a menu and will not dial a number. They want to ask one question and hear the answer.

The voice assistant sits on your site and talks. Are you open Sunday, where do I park, can you fit six of us, do you do knotless braids.

It answers from the text you actually published. Kick’N Chick’N has the whole menu on the page at real prices, so an answer about a price is the price.

You do not set it up twice. It runs on the same knowledge base as the phone agent, so you tell me your hours and prices once and the two never contradict each other.

  • Voice assistant, $149 a month. 300 minutes included, then $0.45 a minute.
  • Setup $600, or $300 taken with the receptionist, since they share one knowledge base.

Showing up in Google, and in whatever people ask instead of Google

If you paid for SEO before and saw nothing, it is usually because the report showed rankings and never showed a phone ringing.

First the plumbing. I fix the technical problems on the site, clean up your Google listing, make your name, address and hours match everywhere they are listed, and work on reviews.

Then the part most people are ignoring. When somebody asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google’s AI answers for a place like yours, I want your name in that answer, with the right hours and the right address.

Those assistants read plain text, so the text has to exist. On every site I build, menus, services, hours and prices are set as real text, never sealed inside a picture of a menu.

You get a report every month showing what moved.

  • Search and AI Essentials, $499 a month.
  • Search and AI Growth, $749 a month. Adds two articles a month and event syndication.
  • Mr. D’s Google listing now points at their site for the first time, and the hours match the hours on the door.

Pictures of your actual place, not stock

The photos on your site are probably from a phone in bad light. And the last time someone shot your place, the files went on a drive and stayed there.

So the shoot ends inside the website. Half a day on site, around 25 edited images, and I place them into your pages myself.

Photography is Metro Atlanta only. I shoot it, so I have to be able to drive to you.

Social is twelve posts a month, photo and video. You see every post and approve it before it publishes. Nothing goes out in your name that you have not read.

  • Photography, $450 per location. Half-day shoot, around 25 edited images. Metro Atlanta only.
  • Social Media, $399 a month. Twelve posts, photo and video, approved by you before publish.

How people actually buy this

Most start with the website, because I build that before you pay anything. No deposit, nothing to sign in advance. You see it live, on your own business, and then you decide whether to keep it. If you walk, you owe nothing.

The phone agent is usually next, because that is where the money leaks fastest.

If you want most of it together, Everything is $999 a month. Foundation hosting, security, backups and unlimited content updates, plus Speed-to-Lead, plus Social, plus Search and AI Essentials, with both setup fees waived. That is over $2,000 in setup gone. Growth search is $250 more.

Every monthly plan starts the day that piece goes live, never the day you say yes. Nothing auto-renews, so there is nothing to cancel in advance.
