None of it is due before you see the site

I build the site first. You open it live, on your own phone, and decide whether you want it.

No deposit, nothing to sign in advance. If you walk away, you owe me nothing and you never gave me anything.

So every number below is a number you look at after the work exists, not before.

Billing starts the day the thing works

Every monthly plan begins when that piece goes live. Never on signature, never on a handshake.

If the receptionist takes a few weeks to build and test, that is when you start paying for it. If it is not running yet, you are not paying for it.

Nothing auto-renews. Not the hosting, not the receptionist, not the search work. Staying is a decision you make again, not one you forget to cancel.

The only meter that runs is minutes

Voice and receptionist minutes past what is included run $0.45 a minute. That is 300 minutes on the voice assistant, 500 on Speed-to-Lead.

It is the only usage charge on this page. No other meter runs, and no setup fee is hiding behind a monthly number.

What each line actually means

If half of that reads like software words, here it is in plain terms.

  • Foundation is hosting plus somebody who changes your hours the same week you change your hours.
  • Speed-to-Lead is your phone getting answered on a Saturday night instead of going to voicemail.
  • Voice assistant is an agent on your site a visitor can talk to instead of filling out a form.
  • Social Media is twelve posts a month that you approve before anyone else sees them.
  • Search and AI Essentials is being the answer when somebody asks Google or ChatGPT where to go near them.
  • Photography is me shooting your place and putting the pictures into the site, not emailing you a folder to sort through.

Why the numbers are sitting out in the open

A calendar link is not a price. A price you have to ask for is a price that can move. These do not move.

I am one person in Atlanta. No sales team, no account manager, no markup for either. You email francisco@enceladusmedia.org and I answer.

The person who sets the price is the person who builds the site, which is why the price fits on a page.

If you want to see the work before any of these numbers mean anything, four sites are live right now: sunriselounge-atl.com, mrdssmokeshop.com, kicknchickn.com and anaturaltouchbyaisha.com. Every one of them was built before the owner paid me anything.
